Registration fees

• Each paper requires one presenting author registration, and the presenting author registration must be completed by the author registration deadline.

• Conference registration covers one paper. An additional paper can be added to the full registration at an additional cost of 250 USD each.

• A maximum of 4 additional pages per paper can be purchased at 50 USD per page.

• One-day registration is not valid for paper registration.

• Attendees must present IEEE Membership evidence to benefit from discounted rates.

• According to the requirements from IEEE, all papers should be presented at the conference (virtual or physical mode) before they can be considered for publication through IEEE Xplore®.

Refund Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to the conference organizers before 20 March 2027. Cancellations received before 20 March 2027 will forfeit an administrative fee of 100 USD. No refund will be made after 01 April 2027.
